Political Science is a social science concerned with the study of the state, government and politics. The program offers an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Political Science. Additionally, the program includes the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Field of Study in Political Science and Government course curricula for transfer to an upper-level higher education institution program in this field.
