The Baking/Pastry Program at Del Mar College is a comprehensive training program designed to prepare the student to enter an exciting career in the fast-paced workplaces of the food industry. The program includes off-campus experience as well as on-campus course work leading to the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Baking/Pastry. A Level II Cook/Baker certificate program is also offered.

The Baking/Pastry program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission, 180 Center Place Way, St. Augustine, Florida 32095.
