Transfer Student Appeal for Admission

If you are transferring from another college or university on scholastic suspension, you may appeal for admission by utilizing the academic suspension appeal form available through the Academic Recovery Course. Removal of the registration block requires completion of five sequential steps:

  1. Complete an Academic Recovery Course for Suspension.
  2. When prompted in the course, print and complete the Academic Suspension Appeal Form.
  3. Visit your Program Advisor/Chair and obtain signature on appeal form.
  4. Visit your Academic Dean or designee and obtain signature on appeal form.
  5. Visit with an Advocacy Specialist and submit completed appeal form.

Note: If you are an International Student with an F1 or M1 Visa, this option is not available (see the International Students section of the Catalog).
