Discrimination and Harassment Policy for Students

Del Mar College, in its continuing effort to seek equity in education and in support of federal and state anti-discrimination legislation, provides a complaint procedure for the prompt and equitable investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful retaliation, discrimination, and/or harassment of students based on their race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, veteran, or military status.

The Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation Complaint procedure provides a process through which the College may receive, respond to, and prevent incidents of alleged retaliation, discrimination, and/or harassment.
