Transfer Agreements
2+2 Plans
Del Mar College has agreements in several majors with four-year institutions in the state. These agreements are commonly referred to as 2+2 plans. If you have an associate degree in certain fields, you are assured of a minimum loss of credit when transferring into a baccalaureate program. Other agreements in Nurse Education are a 1+2+1 Model that provides a seamless transfer to an RN to BSN Program that includes the Texas Common Core Curriculum of 42 semester credit hours. The Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership is designed to provide students with earned Associate of Applied Science degrees or Level II certificates an opportunity to complete a baccalaureate degree in a targeted occupation at Del Mar College by completing remaining core curriculum requirements and 33 semester credit hours of BAS-OML major coursework.
