This course for the registered nurse (RN) synthesizes ethical/legal concepts required for examination of sound decision making in clinical practice and legal responsibility. The focus is on value clarification, application of ethical theory, ethical decision-making models, and professional nurses in their roles as citizens, members of a profession, providers of a care, and designers and managers of care.
