Transcript Retention

Del Mar College (DMC) has a transcript retention period of one year for prospective students. If you send your official transcripts to DMC, they will be held for a one-year time period. If a student does not officially enroll in classes at DMC, new official transcript(s) will be required to be submitted at the time that the student reapplies for admission.
