If you are planning an event open to the public, you should contact the College Relations Office at least two weeks in advance. The College Relations Office coordinates all publicity and publications for College events that are open to the public. The staff will be happy to assist you with any news releases, public service announcements, publications distributed off-campus or contacts with the news media.
