Course Description
Experiential classroom approach emphasizing knowledge and practical understanding of the verbal and nonverbal dimensions of the communication process as it relates to personal experiences. Areas addressed include: improving self-esteem, understanding relationship development, expressing emotions effectively, improving listening skills and coping with conflict.
